What you buy

A Notice of Interest prepared for one parcel, with a filing kit and a tracker, for $99.00 once. The county's recording fee and the notary's fee are paid by you, to them, when you sign and file.

What the notice does and does not do

Once recorded, the notice flags a later sale or loan for a title examiner to address: before it is insured, the examiner has to reach the owner. It does not keep a recorder from accepting a forged document, and it does not catch a cash sale made without a title search.

We prepare a document from the county record and what you tell us. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.

Your part

• What you enter prints on the notice exactly as typed. Check it against your deed.
• Everyone on the deed signs in front of a notary, and you record the notice with the county.

Rejections and refunds

If a clerk sends the notice back, we regenerate it free. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Codes

A gift code covers one filing kit, works once and does not expire. A share code takes 20% off and can be used more than once.
