Refund policy

The notice and filing kit are sent by email within a minute of paying. Once the kit is sent, the purchase is not refundable.

If the clerk sends it back

We regenerate the notice free. Open your tracker, choose "Something went wrong" on the step where it happened, and paste the clerk's reason if you have it.

If the kit never arrived

If you paid and the kit was not sent, or you were charged twice, write to info@zoneshield.com. We send the kit or refund the charge.

Gifts

The recipient's kit is sent when they use the code. Until the code is used, write to us and we refund the gift and cancel the code.
